Welcoming Accounting Manager Nicole Dickerson

We are excited to welcome Nicole Dickerson to The Bailey Group team as our Accounting Manager. Nicole will be focusing on quality control and process improvement when it comes to the accounting side of The Bailey Group.

Before The Bailey Group
I attended Flagler College where I graduated from in 2010 with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. I am currently attending classes at the University of North Florida where I will graduate with my MBA in the summer of 2017
This is my first year working in the insurance industry. I have worked with The Bailey Group for the past 4 years assisting with their accounting and taxes.
Discovering The Bailey Group
I have always admired The Bailey Group’s family atmosphere and friendly staff. The company really cares about it’s employees and it clearly shows. I have heard nothing but great things about them in the community which is a huge plus! They’re always looking to grow and better themselves as a firm which makes me excited to assist in the process.
Outside of The Bailey Group
My husband and I love to take our two little kids around St. Augustine, whether it is going to the playground, park or the beach. We also love to take them to Disney to see my daughter’s favorite princesses. When we travel back home to the west coast of Florida, I ride horses with my family on their small farm.
Mark Bailey, Jr. is the Senior Marketing Manager of NFP's Atlantic region. Before joining the company, Mark was a production assistant on the tv show Glee and an on-air talent on 95.1 WAPE. He has over 10 years of experience in the insurance and corporate benefits space. Mark is an avid Jacksonville Jaguars fan and loves to spend his free time building custom mechanical keyboards.
