We are excited to welcome Miguel Mercado to The Bailey Group team as an Account Executive. Miguel will be working with some of our large group employee benefits clients assisting with all aspects of the day-to-day administration of their plans.

Before The Bailey Group
Before joining The Bailey Group, I held positions in HR with Hilton International Hotels and Assurant Group. I have a few different certifications including Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Group Benefits Associate (GBA), and Compensation Management Specialist (CMS).
Discovering The Bailey Group
I first learned about The Bailey Group while researching Health Care Reform for a client and I ended up finding exactly the information I needed in an article written by The Bailey Group.
Outside of The Bailey Group
When I’m not working, I love to travel and spend time with family and friends. Without a doubt my favorite sport is cycling.
Mark Bailey, Jr. is the Senior Marketing Manager of NFP's Atlantic region. Before joining the company, Mark was a production assistant on the tv show Glee and an on-air talent on 95.1 WAPE. He has over 10 years of experience in the insurance and corporate benefits space. Mark is an avid Jacksonville Jaguars fan and loves to spend his free time building custom mechanical keyboards.
