Welcoming Benefits Coordinator Joyce Case

We are excited to welcome Joyce Case to The Bailey Group team as a Benefits Coordinator. Take a moment to get to know Joyce in her own words and you’ll see why we’re thrilled to have her on our team.

Before The Bailey Group

I got my start in the insurance business when I was 16. I would attend my high school classes in the morning and work at Florida Blue in the afternoon.  After graduating from high school, I was offered full-time employment with them in their Operations department. After spending 43 years with them, here I am.

Discovering The Bailey Group

It was commonplace for me to work with agents and Account Executives from The Bailey Group during my time at Florida Blue. After I retired and moved to St. Augustine, I knew that I wanted to take on something part-time that fit my skill set. The Bailey Group was a natural fit given my background.

Outside of The Bailey Group

I am married and have two children and three grandchildren. My spouse and I live at the beach with our two dogs. We love the beach and entertaining with family and friends. We look forward to spending quality time with our family with our family by taking vacations with them every year. Last, but not least, we love watching our hometown team, the Jacksonville Jaguars.
