We are excited to welcome Jennifer Ratten to The Bailey Group as an Account Executive. Take a moment to get to know Jennifer in her own words.

Before The Bailey Group

I graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelors in Education. I also hold certifications for Senior Professional of Human Resources and Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional.

I have always worked in the insurance business. My mother recruited me to work for my parents’ brokerage firm in 1999 and I’ve been hooked ever since.

Discovering The Bailey Group

I first learned about The Bailey Group in 2012 from a colleague. I find The Bailey Group’s synergistic, avantgarde approach to account management inspiring and motivating. The organization fosters and encourages professional growth and development.

It’s wonderful working in an environment in which team members have a genuine desire to help everyone in the organization achieve success.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, going to the beach, reading and learning new things. We love going to dog-friendly places and doing all sorts of outdoor activities.
