Welcoming Account Executive Crystal Taylor

We are excited to welcome Crystal Taylor to The Bailey Group team as an Account Executive. She joins The Bailey Group after spending 10 years with Haught Financial Group.

Take a moment to get to know Crystal in her own words.

Before The Bailey Group

I began working in the corporate world during my senior year of high school through the work program. I started out as a Receptionist, was promoted to Payroll and then to Human Resources Manager.

I continued working in HR for the next 10 years before deciding to shift my focus to Employee Benefits.

In 2006, I had the opportunity to transition to the insurance industry as an Account Manager. I’ve been working in the industry ever since.

Discovering The Bailey Group

I first heard about The Bailey Group as a result of discussions at Haught Financial Group to join their team.

Outside of The Bailey Group

My faith is the most important thing to me. I love to work for the Lord and serve others. My husband pastors the small church we have both attended for the past 30+ years and are both ministers. We have been blessed to be married for almost 19 years and welcomed our baby girl, Lydia, into our family in July.

I love traveling and spending time with family and friends. Manicures and pedicures are a must whenever possible! Cruising is my favorite type of vacation.
