Welcoming Account Manager Christina Golden

We are excited to welcome Christina Golden to The Bailey Group team as an Account Manager on our Self-funded team. Take a moment to get to know Christina in her own words and you’ll see why we’re so happy to have her on our team.
Before The Bailey Group I graduated from the
University of North Florida in 2006 with a B.S. in Communications, with an emphasis in Advertising and Public Relations. Before joining The Bailey Group, I worked for Ring Power (RPC) for 12 years. I spent half my time working in their Human Resources department handling the employee onboarding process and assisting with Open Enrollments. The other half of my time was spent working in Power Systems with New Sales Project Management, Generator Rental, and Generator Field Service Dispatch.
Discovering The Bailey Group
I was able to travel alongside Bailey Group associates to all RPC locations while assisting with their Open Enrollment and saw firsthand how amazing their team is. I knew I just wanted to be a part of this talented, energetic, and collaborative group.
Outside of The Bailey Group
I love spending time with family — my husband, Jeff, and two year old daughter, Greta. We enjoy going to the beach, being outside with our neighbors, and spending lots of time at the golf course. My husband plays in Amateur golf tournaments and I attend as a “groupie” as often as I can.
Mark Bailey, Jr. is the Senior Marketing Manager of NFP's Atlantic region. Before joining the company, Mark was a production assistant on the tv show Glee and an on-air talent on 95.1 WAPE. He has over 10 years of experience in the insurance and corporate benefits space. Mark is an avid Jacksonville Jaguars fan and loves to spend his free time building custom mechanical keyboards.
