Welcoming Large Group Account Executive Natalie Braddock

We are excited to welcome Natalie Braddock to The Bailey Group team as a Large Group Account Executive. Take a second to get to know Natalie in her own words and you’ll see why we’re so excited to have her on our team.

Before The Bailey Group

I attended Pedro Menendez High School here in St. Augustine and went on to attend the University of North Florida where I pole vaulted on their track team my freshman year.

I completed my AA at UNF and then transferred to the University of Central Florida and enrolled in their online Health Administration program so I could start working in the field while taking courses.

I decided while in college that I wanted to change my major from clinical to administrative and during that time began working at our local hospital and have stayed in the insurance verification and authorization world ever since. I have been an insurance specialist for seven years, primarily for an inpatient hospital and then for outpatient rehabilitation doing everything from verifications, authorizations and estimating cost for patients that would be paid prior to services.

Discovering The Bailey Group

I was born and raised in St. Augustine, so The Bailey Group was a company that I heard about throughout my life. About six months prior to joining The Bailey Group, I had decided I no longer wanted to commute to Jacksonville, but would rather continue to grow my roots here in St. Augustine. I did some research about different local companies and was drawn in with how much The Bailey Group gives back to our community and could not wait to be a part of a team like that.

Outside of The Bailey Group

I love to be outdoors with my husband, son, and two dogs. We love to fish, canoe, go to the beach, look for sharks teeth, or find local events to attend. The majority of my family lives in St. Augustine, so there is always a family get together that keeps us busy.

My love of photography has led my nephews to refer to me as “Aunt Click.” I have always enjoyed running in our local 5K’s, but have an even better time pushing my son along with me now.
