We’re thrilled to welcome Gabrielle Lobban to The Bailey Group’s Health Promotion team. Gabrielle will be working with our clients to create, maintain and improve their health and wellness programs.

Take a moment to get to know Gabrielle in her own words and you’ll see why we’re so excited to have as a part of our team.

Before The Bailey Group

I am a recent graduate of the University of Florida (Go Gators!) where I majored in Health Education and Behavior with a specialization in Community Health Promotion and a minor in Spanish. I made sure to tailor my course load to focus on corporate health and wellness solutions and wellness program planning. I’m currently applying to graduate schools to strengthen my knowledge and skills in public health and education.

This past spring I completed a 16 week internship with Southwest Airlines where I was able to get first-hand experience at the crossroads of health benefits and health and wellness promotion.

An integral part of providing excellent health promotion service to program participants is being able to relay complex information to those who need it. And I think we can all agree that the insurance business is quite complex! Assisting others in fully utilizing their health benefits to improve their quality of life brings me a lot more joy than you can imagine!

Discovering The Bailey Group

I found out about The Bailey Group a few months ago through an online ad on Indeed. I realized right away, through both the website and by speaking with Jaime Sanders (Director of Health Promotion at The Bailey Group) over the phone, that The Bailey Group prioritizes the health and wellness of their own employees, and that of their clients as well.

I love to work out and travel. My most recent trip for leisure was to Chicago. Last summer, I spent 6 weeks studying abroad in Peru and volunteering in a medical clinic.

My family is originally from the island of Jamaica, so every chance I get to go back, I take it! There’s no better therapy than relaxing beach side and spending time with family and friends.
